We are excited to have you join us at our Annual Meeting.

Forum events begin Thursday night and end Saturday night. Please plan to arrive by 6pm on Thursday January 11, 2024 and depart on Sunday January 14, at your leisure. We will have a great educational program and some additional
events to participate in- more to follow after registration.

Registration Fee - WAIVED

To save on expenses, Forum members traditionally have “roommates” or shared rooms at the hotel. You can request someone or be randomly assigned a roomie. The shared room rate is $173.99. Single room rate is $347.98. There will be
some rooms available pre and post meeting. That group rate is $347.98 a night. It is most urgent that we receive your arrival and departure date information as well as your rooming preference as soon as possible in order to confirm
reservations on time. Your hotel reservation will be made for you.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after December 15th you will be charged a cancel fee by the Forum equal to one full night room and tax $347.89.

Guest information

If you are bringing a Guest to any Forum related meal function, you are responsible for paying your guests’ meals. Information on meal pricing will be made available to you if you indicate a guest on your registration.

Airport Information

There are three airport options to consider for transport to Omni La Costa San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately 30 miles from the hotel McLellan Palomar Airport (CLD small regional airport) about 3-4 miles away
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is approximately 61 miles from the hotel Provide your flight information if you are interested in ride share lists to Molly by
