2027 Annual Meeting Registration

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after December 15th you will be charged a cancel fee by the Forum equal to one full night room and tax $365.72 plus forfeit of the registration fee.

Guest Information

If you are bringing a Guest to any Forum related meal function you are responsible for paying your guests’ meals. Information on meal pricing will be made available to you if you indicate a guest on your registration.

Airport Information

Jacksonville International Airport is 39 miles from the Ponte Vedra Inn, approximately a 45-minute drive to the hotel.

We are not gathering flight information until November. We will gather flight data for ridesharing via email at a later date. Look for an email from Conference management in November 2026 if you are interested in Ridesharing.

Recreation & Activities

Friday afternoon, after the meeting, attendees will have free time until departure for Friday night dinner and activity at Top Golf.

Saturday afternoon options include:

• Pickleball

Beach Rentals are available; reserve these with the hotel concierge:

• Surfboards
• Bikes
• Kayaks
• Beach Chairs and Umbrellas

Individuals can pay for all these options using their room account at the hotel. We won't collect money for these options but we will gather names for Pickleball as there will be a limited number of courts available. So if you want to play pickleball please note this on your registration form.

After completing your registration, you’ll receive an invitation to join our event app, EventMobi. This will be your go-to spot for important reminders and updates leading up to the Annual Meeting.

Within the app, you’ll be able to:

• Explore our sponsors and supporters

Spa Information

• The Ponte Vedra Inn and Club Spa has tentative appointments on hold for Saturday afternoon January 15, 2027.

• These will be released on December 15, 2026. Thereafter, appointments will be based on availability.

• It is highly recommended that you book spa appointments early, as Saturday appointments fill quickly.

• The Forum group will receive a 10% discount on services per the group contract.

• Please email the spa director Shannon Crocker at scrocker@pvresorts.com or call the spa directly at (904) 273-7700 to schedule your appointments.

• Be sure to mention you are with the Forum group to receive the discount. As always, spa charges are your responsibility.

• Please be aware of the spa cancellation policy to ensure that you can cancel without charge if needed.
